Specific flower varieties and colors are not guaranteed. Each arrangement is delivered with a handwritten card.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Beautiful arrangement, timely delivered. It was very easy to use the website, see the possible arrangements, write a card, and order. I received notification when the arrangement was delivered. My daughter sent me a picture of the delivered arrangement and it was just as pictured. Very lovely.

A little pricey but my friend loved her birthday flowers and they were delivered the day after ordering, as requested. She sent a photo of the arrangement and they were very close to what was offered on Wisps of Willow's website (which, by the way, is pretty easy to navigate). In the end, I am a happy customer.

I proposed to my wife on Christmas Eve with an arrangement and she also had Jordan make her bouquet for our wedding. So it was only fitting that I celebrate that occasion with another arrangement, and he nailed it once again! You can’t deny how much passion Jordan has for floral arrangements when you see what he delivers. This will be a yearly tradition in our house, thank you so much!
