In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Wisps of Willow delivers daily between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with delivery fees based on distance from our Virginia Beach shop. Same-day delivery is available within 0–10 miles for orders placed by 2:00 PM and within 10.1–25 miles for orders placed by 12:00 PM, subject to availability. For customers requiring a specific timeframe, expedited delivery is available for an additional fee with 10:00 AM–12:00 PM or 1:00 PM–4:00 PM delivery windows.

To protect your flowers, arrangements will not be left outside when temperatures are below 35°F or above 80°F. Someone must be available to receive the delivery during extreme temperatures. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and valid contact numbers. Unsuccessful deliveries may be returned to the shop and require a re-delivery fee equal to the original delivery charge. Same-day cutoffs and timed delivery availability may change during major holidays and high-volume periods.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
